I have had an ongoing issue with the quality of rental photographs on the internet. Yes, I completely understand that Landlords don’t have the budget for professional photographs, though in this age of technology, just not sure why the standard is still so poor and why Real Estate Agency owners are not training Property Managers. I am on a mission, therefore, to ensure that as of 2018, rental photographs are of professional standard!!! Rental Photos 101!
Teaching your own property manager!
I have a rental myself, and I pay a property manager to manage it. Bec is awesome, so we went on location and we talked through the basics of exposure and ISO, then we practiced MOVING AROUND. Yes!! This is the key to getting quality interior images – moving, squatting, getting up on tippy toes. You could do this post production, though ain’t nobody got time for that!
